Metergy Solutions. Your suite is individually metered for electricity, water and your heating and cooling energy, and Metergy bills you directly for what you use. It is not part of the maintenance fee. You set the account up on closing, and a deposit may be required by the metering provider. Common area electricity, water and gas stay inside common expenses, so you are only ever billed for your own consumption.
