Realm is one half of a two part site, and the plan for the other half is disclosed clearly in the purchase documents. A six storey midrise of approximately 176 suites plus 21 townhomes is planned for the adjacent lands, and ADI has reserved the right to build it as purpose built rental. The two parking garages will connect, and the publicly accessible outdoor areas are shared between the two properties. Realm’s amenities are not shared: owners and tenants next door have no right to use them.
