The two parking garages will connect, and the park, water feature and the publicly accessible outdoor areas are shared between the two condominiums and anticipated to be open to the public. Realm’s amenities are not shared: owners and tenants next door have no right to use them. Realm itself is 401 suites in the two towers and the podium, and the 21 townhomes belong to the second site, not to Realm.
