Realm suites are open plan, with ceilings reaching nine feet in the principal living areas depending on the plan. Wide plank laminate flooring runs throughout, closets have sliding doors and proper shelving, entry is keyless, and every suite has a stacked washer and dryer.

Realm kitchens feature polished quartz slab countertops, not laminate, with a ceramic tile backsplash, an undermount stainless sink with a pull down spray faucet, and flat panel cabinetry in a wood grain finish, along with a full size stainless steel refrigerator, an electric range with matching hood fan, and a dishwasher. Bathrooms carry the same quartz counters and flat panel cabinetry, a frameless mirror with sconce lighting, and large format porcelain tile across the floor and up the shower wall.

Central air conditioning is included in every Realm suite, not charged as an upgrade. These are finishes a resale unit at this price would need a renovation to reach, and at Realm they are already installed and waiting. Come and see them.
