The rebate is available only on agreements of purchase and sale signed between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. You assign the rebate to ADI, and ADI credits it at closing, so it comes off your price directly. You sign the CRA rebate application with your purchase paperwork, and ADI handles the rest. Eligibility conditions apply, including that the home will be your primary residence or a close relative’s.
