Yes, long after the warranty period ends. The warranty sets a minimum, and we work well past it. Our teams are based in the buildings themselves, not dispatched from an office across the city, so when something needs attention you are talking to someone who is already here. Most items are resolved within three business days, and often within the hour of the call. 

The record backs it up. Fewer than 10 percent of homeowners at our three most recent communities submitted a warranty claim in the first 30 days, and fewer than 5 percent across the first year. That is what building it right the first time looks like. 

We stay after the warranty ends because these are our communities. We built them, our name is on them, and we are still building in this city. That relationship does not have an expiry date.
