Yes. You have ten days from the execution of your agreement of purchase and sale, and ADI emails every purchaser to confirm the date the cooling off period begins once the agreement is fully signed. If you change your mind within that window, you receive every dollar back, and you do not need a reason. ADI encourages every purchaser to use this time to have their own lawyer review the agreement, and the Realm sales team and ADI’s solicitors are available to answer questions along the way.
