Short term rentals and Airbnb style stays are not permitted at Realm, a rule that protects residents: Realm stays a community of neighbours rather than a rotating set of guests, and its amenities, elevators and parking garage are used by the people who live here.

Before a tenant moves in, the owner provides the condominium corporation with a tenant information form, a tenant undertaking and a copy of the lease. One thing worth knowing up front: while a suite is tenanted, the right to use the amenities belongs to the tenant rather than the owner.
