Yes, you can lease your suite, with a minimum lease term of six months. Short term rentals and Airbnb style stays are not permitted at Realm. That rule protects residents: the building stays a community of neighbours rather than a rotating set of guests, and the amenities, elevators and parking garage are used by people who live here. When you do lease, you provide the corporation with a tenant information form, a tenant undertaking and a copy of the lease before your tenant moves in. One thing worth knowing up front: while your suite is tenanted, the right to use the amenities belongs to your tenant rather than to you.
