Yes. Each suite’s fan coil, the unit that delivers your heating and cooling, is provided through a rental program with a national home services provider. Suites with one fan coil are $72.00 per month plus HST, and suites with two are $89.00 per month plus HST in total. That price includes a full warranty on the equipment and all repair and maintenance, parts and labour, for the life of the equipment, with a 24 hour emergency line. Owners who would rather own their equipment outright can buy it out at any time at a price set in advance by the age of the equipment. Both the rental terms and the buyout schedule are set out in the agreement that every buyer reviews with their own lawyer during Ontario’s statutory ten day rescission period.
