No. Fees at Realm are in line with the industry range for condominiums of comparable size and amenity offering. Your fee is calculated on the interior square footage of your suite, plus a fixed monthly amount for your parking space and your locker. 

It covers the upkeep of everything outside your front door: building insurance on the common elements and the standard unit, the front desk concierge, common area cleaning, waste removal, window cleaning and pest control, elevator, generator and life safety maintenance, landscaping, snow clearing and irrigation, your in suite HVAC filter changes, the building wide Bell internet service, management and administration, and the contribution to the reserve fund, the savings account every condominium keeps for major repairs down the road. 

What the fee does not cover is your own utilities, your realty taxes, your own contents and improvements insurance, and the fan coil rental described below. Every suite at Realm is individually metered, so you pay for exactly what you use, nothing more. Buildings that look cheaper on paper often bundle utilities into the fee.
